No Return & No Exchange Policy

All products purchased from HomeoShop.Pk are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

We request customers to carefully review their order before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility for delivering the correct and properly packed products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Proof of damage or incorrect item

After verification, we may offer a replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to receive the order due to unavailability
